Online group session plus 3 interviews. Group session involved working through scenarios and providing analysis. Interview where with different level of seniority, very friendly overall. Was overall a good and fair experience.

The interview felt far more like a natural conversation than a traditional question and answer format. Whilst questions were of course asked and responses noted, they served more as conversation starters, allowing a broader discussion around the company, the role and your previous experience. This approach created space to give a far more rounded picture of who you are and what you can genuinely offer. The interviewer was equally forthcoming, offering some valuable insight into the position and what it entails. Overall, a rather pleasant experience as far as interviews go.
