Very informal and unorganised. No clarity on Job description. No agenda or process shared before interviews.
The processes are non-existent, and no structure is there in the org.
HR is incompetent as they do not know basic definitions and processes.
Random and unorganized experience overall.
Are you open to work during US shift?
Are you open to stretch overnight into the morning when required?
Are you open to take ownership of other tasks (not under Product management)?
