P.O.R. Emotional Wellness Case Manager interview questions

It was quick. the director asked about my knowledge of the mental health industry and how I related to staff. She was funny and light hearted but I sensed power in her tone. I later found out she ran the office with an iron rod but joked around as well. Overall, the experience was somewhat intimidating but not earth shattering.
