The interview process was very relaxed and stress-free. Moreso than work experience they care about how well you will fit into their culture and what it would take to make it seamless.

Phone Interview is with an HR person then a CAD test is scheduled for another day. The phone interview is relatively normal as you would expect from any small company. They go through standard questioning and give an overview of their company culture.
