Phone call intro to ensure you know what you’re getting into (about a half hour with the recruiter). One in-person interview with a sales manager at HQ in New Castle. They were transparent from the beginning and offered quickly, as promised! Great communication: email and texts. Very thorough. Interview was thorough but informal. They want to ensure culture fit and that you’re hungry.

Pete did a great job and asked all the right questions. Very straightforward and an efficient interview process. I was nervous going into it but they’re “people people” which made the conversation that much better and efficient throughout the interview process.
