Ozark Center interview questions

The interviewer initially scheduled to interview me never showed and while waiting, I had to fill out a worksheet of different job-related scenarios and how I would handle them. After half an hour of waiting, I was about to leave when another interviewer finally came down, gave me a quick 2 minute or so basic interview, and hurried me out the door. A rejection email followed several days later.
