I was given a questionnaire and after that I was scheduled for a 15 minute interview and then I was given an assessment that took hours using slides. It was hard and long and after that they ghosted me.
They mentioned my test would only be for testing purposes. I doubt it.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The assessment you completed is part of our standard hiring process. Every person currently on the OysterLink team went through a similar task. We want to be clear that we do not use candidate assignments in our product or internal work.
