Quick and simple. They asked all the questions you would normally expect. There were a few technical questions but that is also to be expected. I enjoyed talking to the interviewer and they made it fun for me. Would definitely interview again.

Applied through a job posting social network, received a call next day to schedule an interview, got hired 3 days later after completing medical and psychological tests. Initially there was a panel with the General Manager and the Process Unit Manager and a HR Representative asking different questions and was more a conversation type interview, rather than direct questions. Then the HR Representative called back to schedule a second and final interview where the offer was made after completing the psychological tests, between those dates, I was asked to perform a drug test at a selected laboratory.

You will be interviewed by human resources and by an Oxygen employee. Expect to wait in the lobby a while before being taken in for the interview.
