Oxigen Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Basic questions on java. 2 rounds of interview. Interview process was smooth. They offered me a hike of 25%, i rejected at the same moment. After some negotiation they offered 30% hike on fixed and extra 10% PLI. Since my friends already informed me about the trap of PLI, i asked to offer everything in fixed component. Initially they didn't accept, but i recieved a call after a week that they are ready to pay me what I expected. Although I rejected the offer as i got some horrible feedback from existing employees.
