Standard interview process for a programmatic buyer, I would say the skill set they’re looking for is more “technical” than strategic. They ghosted me after my first interview with a referral. Then I was harassed by a various recruiters at different recruiting companies for 3 months for the same role and they never followed up. My buddy who worked there said it was a nightmare, not surprised after my experience.
