I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Oxfam (Beijing, Beijing) in Mar 2016
Interview
Pretty informal. A nice talk with future supervisor. I previously did an internship in a similar place. As long as you have the interest and know a bit about the organization, it should be easy. It turned out that we have several friends in common. I guess international development has a some circle. The interviewer introduced the organization. After we negotiated the work time, I accepted the offer on spot.
A few questions including why I want to join the program, and what does child safety mean. Online interview, both interviewers were friendly and accomodating. Interview lasted for around 30 minutes.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Oxfam
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and fun! You'll meet with your potential supervisor first, then you'll likely meet with the rest of the team. Everyone I met was very kind.
