The communication was clear, responsive, and friendly at every stage, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to meet and interview with some of the technical team, including Jan, Steve, and Miriam, who were not only knowledgeable but also very open about their work. I appreciated their honest feedback and insights into the projects, and it was clear that the team is passionate about what they do. While I ultimately decided to accept another offer, I would highly recommend Oxa to anyone looking for a challenging and fulfilling role in the autonomous vehicle industry.
