Interview
I emailed the general manager my resume and he responded shortly asking for a personal interview. We met at the restaurant and proceeded with the 30-45 min interview. The general manager was very personable, easy to talk to and if you love food/wine, you will surely be a shoe-in! He asked me about my experience in the industry and the amount of wine knowledge I had.
