I was contacted by the recruiter for the ML Engineering position at Overjet and had an initial phone call where we discussed my experience and she provided an overview of the company and the interview process. The recruiter was very helpful and supportive throughout, making sure I had all the information I needed to prepare. Following that, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was also a positive experience. We dove deeper into one of my projects, discussing technical details, and I was asked a system design question. The conversation was engaging and thoughtful, providing me with the opportunity to discuss my experiences and understand the team’s objectives and the role’s expectations. Overall, the interview process was well-organized, and both the recruiter and the hiring manager created a comfortable environment that made me feel valued as a candidate.
