Outwood Grange Academies interview questions

Asked to do a short teaching task with a class in front of two staff members. Then a short interview with less than 10 questions with different members of staff.

A one hour written assessment, involved calculating a budget from a company balance sheet and calculating payroll figures. Followed by an interview with a panel of 3, mainly consisting of situational “what would you do” or “give an example of when” questions. Very thorough lengthy interview.
