What I really appreciated about the interview process was how well-organized and structured it was. In the first round, I had a conversation with an HR specialist who was both professional and approachable. They asked insightful questions about my experience with Go, which helped me feel comfortable and confident. The interview felt more like a discussion than a traditional Q&A, which made the whole process more engaging.
In the second round, I spoke with the hiring manager. This part was more technical and focused on my Go programming skills. Although I didn’t land the role, I left with a positive impression. It was clear the recruiter and hiring manager were genuinely interested in understanding my expertise and future potential. I also appreciated the detailed feedback they provided afterward, which has helped me identify areas to focus on for future opportunities.
