I was contacted 2 days after sending them my resume online. They asked me to come in to fill out an application. It took about 3 hours to complete the hole process of paper work, skills tests, and a criminal background check that is preformed while you wait. Most of the questions you would expect in an interview are a part of the paper work. The only thing you are asked by a person is about what shift you would prefer.
