Unprofessional Candidate Experience. I was contacted by the company for an interview, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I joined the meeting on time and waited for 30 minutes, but the interviewer never showed up. Furthermore, I never received an email, message, or phone call explaining the situation or offering to reschedule. Ghosting candidates after scheduling an official meeting shows a lack of communication and disrespect for people's time.
