A Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn for a 12-month contractual role at PlayStation. Gave me details about the position and team on a follow-up call and helped arrange a first-round interview with the team. The first round interview was relatively fine, and I got a good insight into the role and teams I would be working with. After the interview, I never received any feedback from the PlayStation (until I ironically applied for a direct role almost a year later). I never heard back from the Recruiter again. As my first experience interacting or potentially working with Outsource, it was very unprofessional and disappointing, and they could have saved my time by not reaching out to me in the first place.
