The interview was very in-depth, we had 5 rounds of interviews including a phone screen, an assessment, a group panel and 2 interviews with the hiring manager.
PROS: My hiring manager kept me informed about how I was doing throughout the multi step process. I liked how they took a lot of time to figure out if Outreach was a good fit for me too, made me comfortable spending all this interview time with them since I felt like they were invested in hiring the right person. I also felt it was a really great group of people, so the time was well invested.
CONS: On the flip side they did give me a feeling, that they may have hired the wrong person in the recent past, so was very cautious about hiring. There also seemed to be little room for growth from some of the statements that were made, which I wasn't too worried about. There is high demand for online services, and also people with that experience; this is also an industry that is typically well-funded, so whether it was management or the industry in itself, Outreach seemed slightly more risk adverse in some ways.
