I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2017
Interview
Interview was a bit more low-key than expected as I didn't have much previous job experience. I expected to have to provide a lot more details on previous experience, but the interviewer did a good job of asking questions to make sure I was a good fit, rather than just base everything off of experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Osage Beach, MO) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse
Interview
The interview process was quick and relatively painless. They asked about my experience in the restaurant industry and how I handle regular and difficult guests. I walked in and they were looking for a host immediately.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Davie, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
