Well I filled out an application online got a call the next day. Got a interview within a few days. Interviewer was very nice and set me up for a second interview. I got the job within a week of filling the application. Simple process. I didn't have any job experience so I'm grateful that Outback gave me a chance.

I was sat in the corner by a server, and told a manager would be right with me. I sat for 25 minutes and no one came to me. I decided to leave, and there was no one even in sight to tell.

It was a pleasant experience. It was a 2 part interview process. The first one was easier than the second. The second one involved trickier questions but if you’re quick witted it’ll be easy.
