OutSystems UI/UX Designer interview questions

I answered a LinkedIn job post and received a phone call from Outsystems' recruitment team booking an interview, which took place a few days after. The first interview, with the recruiter, took around 45 minutes. We introduced ourselves briefly, and then I dug a bit deeper into my path, from university till my career. We discussed my work experience, methods, and some project cases. I was again contacted to book a second interview to be conducted by the lead designer. In that interview, I has asked about the UX process, my experience and work methods, my strengths/ favorites tasks and weaknesses/ disliked tasks. After that, I was asked to develop an UX exercise which I presented within 1 week to both lead designers. The last call let me know Outsystems would like to make me an offer.
