Phone screen was delightful, just in a fifteen minute conversation I could tell the culture at OutSystems was top notch. Technical interview was thorough, yet the interview team wasn't afraid to spend time just being curious either. Entire interview process took about a week, to a total of 1 phone screen, 2 technical interviews, and one interview with the deputy CISO. I left the interview process thinking that I could trust the their judgement and hoping for an opportunity to work more with them in the future.
