The first stage of the interview was with the hiring Director explaining about the business needs and the future prospects. I got the comprehensive picture about what's expected from me and if I could use my knowledge and skills at the highest level to serve the business needs. After being convinced about the suitability for the job from both sides, the interview round was continued with the HR. It was really nice discussion about the company culture and values, which I value very highly in the recruiting process. After having the discussion with the HR I also had a really nice interview session with the management. I got a chance to hear from the management expectations and views, but also had a chance to bring out my thoughts and visions for the tasks and targets in the position.

Question 1
What do I think what would be the reasons I would fit Oura?
Great people, very positive but hired internally which was upsetting since I feel like it wasn’t communicated to me clearly but I guess it’s not sheets like that so I would still recommend them as a company
The interview process was highly constructive. It commenced with an initial screening phase led by the recruiter/talent acquisition team, followed by a sequence of three interviews, each spaced a week apart. The first interview was conducted with the hiring manager, and subsequently, the following two interviews involved individuals from different teams. I commend the talent acquisition team for their exceptional communication, as they consistently kept me informed about the ongoing process.
