I applied online. I interviewed at OtterHalf in Oct 2024
Interview
There were a total of 3 rounds: screening call with the CEO, case study assignment, culture call, and lastly there's a reference check as well. All interviews were online, process took around 3-4 weeks. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes.
1st round was a typical screening interview where the CEO asked about your experiences, why you're interested in the position, and other behavioural questions. If you progress to the next stage they will send you a case study assignment to be completed before presenting it to the team, followed by Q&A. Last round was a cultural fit interview with team members, where they asked behavioural questions like "how do you deal with workplace conflict" etc. If you pass the final interview, they will ask for references (2 in my case) before coming to a decision.
I felt well-supported during the application process, and the people I encountered during interviews were also very nice. Overall good experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OtterHalf (Singapore) in Nov 2023
Interview
Total of 3 rounds, all virtual
first with the CEO,
second was a case study assessment
and third was a culture fit session with the rest of the team.
overall a very good experience, it gave me a strong idea of what working here was like, and what to expect, etc. What impressed me the most was that it was clear that they were not only interested in my past experiences, but also in how I would fit into the culture and with the other teammates. For me, it was a huge plus because it showed how much they value having a good company culture
