      Application

      I interviewed at OtterHalf

      Interview

3 stage process: 1. 1 on 1 with managing director - felt more like a prolonged conversation than a strict interview - learnt quite a bit about the company and its future direction during this stage, was helpful in next stages 2. work assignment - given a sample task based on the role you are applying for, then to present to the team - process of doing the assignment itself was meh, but enjoyed the presentation much more than I expected to 3. culture call with team members - supposed to be a chill conversation for the team members to get to know you, and also for you to get a sensing of the culture at the company

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      - how did your prior experiences connect to the role you are applying for? - why are you interested in the company/industry in the first place? - tell us something about yourself that is not on your resume
