I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Otsuka (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2013
Interview
phone interview with follow up with District Manager, moved to face to face interview. Afterwards they narrow it down to 2 to 3 candidates and move them forward to Regional business director. They will try and fill open positions within the company first before looking outside the company. Final interview is in front of a panel any where between 2 to 3 people.
First a computer screen, phone screen, manager interview, regional interview. Computer screen had preloaded questions to answer for review with timed limit for each question. Pretty standard across the industry.
Great people and great interview process. The video interview was awkward, but all in all a great experience. All hiring managers treated you with respect and very transparent. I had a great idea of the company and the culture before the interview process was over.

Interview
It was a four step process. Video interview Skype interview, face to face interview and then final interview. Overall, the interview wasn’t too difficult. They really try and find out about you and what you can offer to you the company.
