After clearing all rounds and giving documents they asked to wait till managements approval for offer letter and never gave an offer

Very bad experience. They didn't arrange round. Not managing interview schedule properly. Some time they canceled the interview at the scheduled time. Management is not arranging interview schedule properly. And they didn't give any feedback.
