I applied online. I interviewed at Osgoode Professional Development (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone call with the Director, which lasted about 15-20 minutes and mostly asked me about my current company. I was then invited for an interview with the Director and a senior program lawyer. The interview was late about 15-20 minutes and was a very strange experience. I was asked significantly more questions about my current employer rather than any questions about my skills and compatibility with the position. I was then asked about my goals and pretty much told that there was no opportunity for advancement or additional placement beyond the contract (though the initial position was not advertised as a contract). I attempted to contact the employer after the interview to thank them for the time and never heard back.

The application was submitted a number of months before the actual interview call. The interview involved a one-hour interview with a panel, including the director, and a second interview with just the director.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Osgoode Professional Development in Nov 2012
Interview
The job posting was listed on their website and tweeted on their Twitter feed. After submitting my resume and cover letter via email, I heard from them after many weeks, and they wanted to schedule an interview on short notice. I agreed. At the interview I waited for quite a long time (around half an hour) before they called me in. I was interviewed by three people. They were friendly enough but it seemed they were not used to interviewing candidates. The interview lasted about half an hour.

The questions were usual, about educational and professional background and how you would deal with certain situations on the job, nothing specifically difficult or unexpected.
