Oscar Health interview questions

Phone Screen, Hiring Manager Screen, interviews with 6 team members. All the interviews were focused on behavioral scenarios and they were pretty clear they wanted to hear a clearly articulated of story of what the situation, what you did, and the business outcome you drove.

Went through 5 rounds and multiple technical assessments and projects only to be rejected because they went with an internal hire instead. Otherwise communication was great but just a very lengthy process.
