I had an easy interview process, the staff is very friendly friendly staff, good questions asked and answered during the interview that made me think and learn more about the position at hand.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OrthoSynetics
Interview
While it was a decent time ago, the initial process after applying was fairly smooth - HR recruiter reached out for an initial phone call, who then connected me to the next chain in the cycle, until a final video call with the GM/supervisor was scheduled. While I had assumed all went well what was baffling to me was the lack of follow up after. We spent time coordinating calls and having good discussion on previous work history but in the end fell flat - with no updates from any chain in regards to moving forward - entailing if a job offer was on the horizon or if they were to simply pass on me as a candidate. Unfortunately they didn't have the decency to disclose either, as after my last conversation with the head in charge I was left ghosted. I inquired 2 weeks after the last call, the email went ignored. Now, I understand that this may be common, but having had multiple conversations with this company and its staff I felt I was in a place that would at least provide me with the courtesy of a simple yes or no. In the end I was left with a bad taste from this company. Be prepared to potentially waste your time.
