Ortho Sport and Spine interview questions

interview process was easy. Interviewed on a conference call. second interview was with director. The hiring process was frustrating received hire papers one business day before start date. After waiting 2 weeks to see if I had been hired. There is only 1 person working in the HR department. This person is responsible for more than 100 employees in the state of Georgia alone, so getting in contact with them was very frustrating.

Very brief but professional. They initially call you and ask you a few questions over the phone. Then they schedule you for an in person interview. They basically ask you questions off of your resume. If they like you, they have you interview with Human Resources and the CEO.
