Phone call with Hiring Manager, then 2 in person interviews. Asked normal interview questions and allowed time to ask questions to them at the end. Make sure you know your resume as they will pretty much just go off of that.

The interview process was pretty standard with one phone screen and two in person interviews. The second interview was at my nearby airport, so executives could fly in. Overall very normal and average difficulty.

I had 3 interviews in total. First one was over the phone with the talent manager, second was in person with the talent manager and regional manager, third was in person with talent manager and VP of sales. The interviews are about 2 weeks apart and there is no flexiblity on the days you are interviewing. They will give you 2 or 3 days to choose from. The interviews themselves were not that difficult because they ask you very basic questions. I would just rehearse the basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, passion about the industry, what drives you etc. It is important to note that the people interviewing for this role have little to no experience so by focusing on your passion and how you are a quick learner are key! The interviewers are intimidating but as long as you are confident in yourself you will be successful.
