Interview
Easy going and laid back interview style, casual dress (i.e. jeans and plain shirt). Was in office with GM and ASM. Drug test was required but since COVID-19 most new hires have not had to drug test for this position.

Questions mainly consisted of culture fit and previous sales experience.

Interview
Turned in my application online, was called back about 2 weeks later and asked to come in for an interview. Meet with one of the Assistant Managers. About 3 days later got called to come in for another interview, this time with the head manager. Interview each time lasted about 30 minutes. After the second interview I was given a drug test. And not even 5 days later was asked to come in and start working.
