Interview
Typically summer associate interview process... There is a phone interview and then an in-person interview in the office. While there, you meet a number of attorneys at various levels of seniority.
Screener interview, lasted 30 minutes with some small talk and a couple of behavioral questions at the end (such as “tell me about a time when”). Friendly and relaxed. Also asked about why Orrick.
My interview was conducted virtual. The interviewer I spoke with was friendly and did not ask very many behavioral questions. It felt pretty relaxed and overall I had a good experience.
