Interview was done remotely via Microsoft Teams with a Learning Specialist who has experience in the department I currently work in along with the current Nurse Manager. The interview was interactive, with both the NM and learning specialist asking me questions and allowing me to ask them questions about ratios and the transition as an experienced versus graduate and the support that I would receive in my introductory period and growth opportunities as well as the level of difficulty of patients for my floor. They were open and honest and set me at ease on what to expect. And they were correct about the difficulty but have provided support both as a nurse leader and learning specialist.
