I applied to multiple positions and didn't hear back for about 2-3 weeks. The interview consisted of 4 person panel. Was very impersonal. Lots of "tell me about a time..." questions. I don't think this is a good way to interview new grad nurses. I did not hear back so I assumed they are not interested.
