Sent a resume in on CareerBuilder and recieved a call within 24 hours to set up a phone interview for the following day. Phone interview consisted of pretty standard questions about background, sales experience, what you were expecting in compensation, etc. Within a couple days recieved a call from the local manager to schedule a face to face interview which also consisted of typical questions. Scheduled a ride-along with a salesman which went OK with no suprises. District manager called back the day after ride along with offer. Pay was a little lower than what I was expecting and there was basically no negotiation.,
