Very normal process, but the painpoint was the recruiter who calls so many times without any reason, she can inducted in to other roles as a recruiter she must have patience which is lacking.... one of my friend applied for orion chennai also experienced with the same recruiter. overall managing the candidates needs to be taken care.. and recruiter should be trained properly..
