Tough but fair. There was a good amount of questions from the national sales manger about my technical background and experience in sales. Be prepared for electrical engineering questions and look over the companies products online

Two interviews, one on one with the regional and then the district managers. Then a personality test. They rely solely on the personality test if you make it to that stage.

Interview
There were three in-person interviews and one phone interview. The phone interview was a 30-45 min introduction and discussion of resume with the regional manager. The first interview was with the hiring manager, the second interview was with the regional manager and hiring manager, and the last interview included a sales personality test.
