I applied online. I interviewed at Organizational Solutions (Burlington, ON) in Jun 2015
Interview
- 1.5 hours interview.
- First round with HR who spoke a lot about himself and tried to make the company seem like the best place ever.
- Second round with 1 Disability Management Associate and 1 Disability Management Specialist: they spoke about their roles. They didn't know they would be meeting me and seemed put on the spot.
- Third round with higher level Team Leads: they weren't really sure why they were coming to meet me (neither was I), they seemed confused and tried to speak about random things like the company and work environment.
- Finally HR back in to wrap up.
- Next day there was a phone interview with the head of operations, not sure why this call was even necessary. 5 minute phone call she just asked if I worked at my previous jobs (said yes) and asked what my greatest strength is. End of call.
-HR seems desperate to hire, endless calls, voicemails, and texts trying to reach me asap. Just an entry level role.
- The employees looked tired and overworked and kept reiterating that time goes by quick because there is so much work to be done...
- Even though everyone seemed nice, there was an undertone of stress and unfulfillment. Bad vibes from overall experience. Also pay is not very good, below average.
