Called by the manager of culture and people. She stated how the owner loved my work history and what I have accomplished. Then leading into how young the owner and people are in the company. She has to manage them and get them on track. Finally, to follow up with the next steps in the process after the video interview, I was declined and told they are selecting people who better fit the requirements. Right....It's about not wanting to hire anyone older than 30-35. Lets review the age diversity with all the employees! Lots of luck!
