I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Orchestrade Financial Systems (Paris)
Interview
Worst interview process I have ever experienced. Really. And I am 35+ years old so I have seen a lot of companies...
1/ Their careers website is a static page so open positions are not even up to date. So I had to personally inquire team members on LinkedIn.
2/They don't even have a HR person. My application was handled by a junior business analyst who clearly did not have any experience in recruitment. He did the interview himself and was clearly not prepared.
3/ At each step of the process, I had to remind them that I exist otherwise the process would stop
4/ And at each step, I felt that it was improvised.
5/ The Paris office felt empty (may not be the case on other floors) . I was asking myself if the company really exists.
6/ I realized that their software is outdated and not so advanced and they would say on their website. 3 employees even admitted it to me that they work was dull. I don't even understand why financial institutions choose this software.
I stopped the process.
So much amateurism.
Don't go there.
