Take-Home task to implement a simple API service. 3-8 hours depending on how isolated you implement the running environment as they do not provide any information about the runtime. Got positive feedback from 3p recruiter to move forward 2. 2 hours Coding/System design. Simple coding task, average system design for a chat system which assumes a lot about your familiarity with a particular web stack. Top-down communication, interviewers are not very open or engaging to ask questions or discuss proposed solutions. Solved both tasks well I guess as I got invited to the next round. 3. Interview with Hiring Manager and Team Lead. Complete opposite of interview #2 - openminded communication, discussed the project and the role. Waiting for over three weeks, multiple unanswered followups from my side. Think I'm ghosted.
