Rigorous but fair. Emphasis on ability. Very detailed and data driven. Motivation needed in the employee. Large focus on systems skills. The way you answer a question more important than the specifics.

They didn't appear to know what they wanted or needed from the start. Halfway through the process they decided to change the job title and salary range. Also was disappointed when I asked for interview feedback and they never responded to me.

If you are over 50 don’t bother to apply. You will be dead on arrival. They will make up excuses to eliminate you. Shameful. Age discrimination is alive and well.
