The interview style is very casual and personable, it's your chance to show the hiring manager/coach what you're made of. I would dress in either nice athleisure or in business casual, or with whatever they suggest!

Interview
First you take a class, basic in person interview, then enrolled into OTFITCERT week. Once passed, you go through a 4-6 week coach shadow process then you will have your own schedule.
