Takes weeks and weeks to never get called back in the end. They waste your time and make you jump through many hoops all for nothing. Would not recommend wasting your time here.

Bait & switch. Advertising for local studio. After taking time off from my FT job for the week-long audition training, I was told there's nothing available there. I was told they need someone at the studio an hour away, if interested. No thanks, not what we agreed to when I applied and when the interview audition process was set.

Depends on franchise location, I've experienced 1:1 interviews and group interviews. There is a mic audition which is the group setting, but I've conducted 1:1 mic auditions before as well.
