The process was thorough and friendly. I had two interviews and a contract negotiation meeting. I was referred to the owners through a mutual friend who was already working for them and came highly recommended. My previous experience spoke for itself and I felt the interview was an opportunity to WOW them and show them that I really wanted this position.

What is your leadership style? You have little direct management experience, so what can we expect to see as you lead your team of trainers?

Interview
Short process. Showed the owner the ability to sell conversationally. Produced a schedule and spoke on retention tactics. This entire process took less than 15 minutes. Glad I took the role, learned a great deal about how to develop other coaches.
