The interview process was organized and conducted in two phases. The first interview assessed technical and management skills. The second interview was a behavioral assessment. Within two days a decision was made.
2 rounds of interviews. First with the manager for the specific team you will work on (tech, project management, etc.). The interview was set for 30 minutes but ended after about 15 minutes as it was more of a screening interview. Second interview with two people in Orange People management.

The first interview included general questions about my work style, a review of the experience on my resume and a question about the flexibility of my work hours.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at OrangePeople (San Diego, CA) in May 2023

It was a chill 2 round process after OA. Where you have pre screening in which you talk about your resume and screening where you do one coding question. It is generally a medium leercode or two easy. If all goes well they send you an offer letter
